How does it work?
Before the session

- You will complete a 3-day Food Log to track what, when, and how you eat. This exercise will give us an idea of your eating habits.
- You will answer an Eating Behavior Questionnaire – a set of questions that assess your eating behaviors.
During the session

In the 60-minute session:
- We will discuss your food log together.
- I will share with you special notes and tips.
- You will answer a series of questions that aim to help you identify recurring patterns, challenges, and opportunities for change.
- Together we will set a clear goal and actionable steps for the next week.
- I will answer any questions you may have about food freedom and intuitive nutrition.
After the session

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a PDF summarizing the points we discussed, your next steps, and any additional resources that might help you achieve your goal for the week.

This session focuses not only on what you eat, but also why and how you eat. It combines intuitive eating principles with coaching to help you make real, sustainable changes without guilt or restrictions.
The Nutrition Awareness Session is designed as a starting point. It helps us understand your current habits, clarify your goals, and identify what kind of support will best serve you. At the end of the session, we’ll explore your next steps together—whether that’s continuing with 1:1 coaching, or another service that aligns with your needs and readiness. Let this be your first empowered step toward lasting change.
