I’m Yasmine Mamdouh—once a chronic dieter, now a chocolate-loving nutrition and health coach on a mission to help women find food freedom.
For 16 years, I was trapped in the dieting cycle—counting calories, following food rules, and feeling guilty. I swung between clean eating by day and stress eating by night, always chasing the “perfect” plan.
The more I chased the perfect plan, the further I felt from true health and happiness!
Then, I found intuitive eating and learned to trust my body again. I healed my relationship with food and transformed my mindset.
Now, I help women do the same. Through my coaching, courses, and The Wellness Train membership, I provide the tools and support to break free from dieting and find balance with food.
